I guess the question is, just b/c someone is kind, good and part of a community, does that mean they can just skirt our laws and live here illegally?  Is that the moral thing to do?  Just leave them be?

I don’t know if we need to treat illegals like that, you sound a bit extreme, but sending in border agents to help with execution of actual laws on the books seems like a good approach.
