There is no objective measure for how much you (or I) enjoy a game, but what “good” means is debatable and some variations of good can certainly be measured. For example, when I do this thing, does that thing actually happen? Does it run at x resolution? Etc. The objective measure of a game, really, is does it

Same. All I can say is I’ve had worse. Yesterday (before I updated) it was practically crashing in some spots, which was a first. Rebooted the Switch and it was fine.

Good, now we can all stop whining about the frame rate and just accept that it is the perfect game.

I even swapped brands - AMD to Intel - and had the same experience. It just worked. I have been building PCs since Windows 98, that is not how it’s supposed to go. I am supposed to set aside a whole day to reinstall everything and troubleshoot. Instead, now it just works.

Fair warning for fellow big heads - these will not fit you well. If you also find that one size fits all is a lie, don’t get these. They are very good, they just don’t fit big heads.

What, no love for the Wii’s eShop music? That tune is rad.

Really what I am most surprised about is that no one cares that there are no analog triggers (Wii U didn’t have them, either) but everyone cares about Netflix. One of these things actually has to do with games and the other does not.

Hello Games gets a lot of flack for this game (probably deserved), but I really have to commend them for sticking it out and continuing to develop for it. May have to revisit it at some point.

I’m just saying I would rather they don’t split their focus. They may add it eventually anyway (seems kind of inevitable), I just don’t think it is necessary and I would rather they focus on games than an app every other device already has.

I defend it because I assume that you have gotten along just fine without a portable Netflix machine up until now. Suddenly, because a game console doesn’t also do non-game things, it is the worst thing ever. Other notable things that do not do Netflix: NES, SNES, Genesis, Dreamcast, N64, PS1, PS2, my car, my TV (I

I agree. I mostly play retro systems now anyway. Yeah, I like really pretty graphics, but I also like games I enjoy playing. Zelda does not look like Horizon Zero Dawn, but it’s the best game I have played in years and it is beautiful in it’s own right. Yeah, that does limit them - there will never be a hyper

Netflix does not need to be on every single device you own. That’s unnecessary and just stupid at this point. I would much rather have them focus on making a machine that does one thing well. And, sure, you will probably argue that it doesn’t do that, either, but I’ve already played it more than my XBone, so...

Do you already have a tablet? Your phone can also do these things. Tablets also can browse the web, check your email, etc, none of which should Nintendo have bothered including.

This review is unnecessarily harsh. Yes, $300 is too much for it when the Xbone and the PS4 can be had for less. If you have a Wii U already, there are not (yet) a lot of exclusive titles to make upgrading worthwhile. Yes, it’s a little annoying that Zelda has some frame rate issues, but those are way more minor than

My hands are about 7.5" by your scale and I don’t mind the Joycons. They are a little small, and the minus button is annoyingly close to the analog stick (I don’t think it is possible to press it without moving the stick unless you go from the top), but I have played Zelda for hours on end with no cramping or other

The Dreamcast didn’t fail as spectacularly as these. Plus I picked one up recently and it is actually a great system, unlike most of these.

It could stand to be a little brighter in sunlight and the reds are like super red (I don’t know how else to describe that), but otherwise it’s fine. I don’t feel that it is worse than my Note 4 was.

Any time a tech blog mentions the G5, all they do is gripe about what a failure the magic slot was. Yeah, we get it. But did you ever actually try the phone? Because the phone itself is fantastic. I imagine that the G6 is actually not that different. Some of its best features are that it works consistently, which

Meh. I’ve mostly been buying the original games anyway, don’t have much use for virtual console anymore. Plus I still have a Wii and a Wii U, so it’s not like I suddenly can’t play them.

When I hit edit, it just takes me to a password reset screen. This makes no sense.
