Nope. My plan specifically says, “Unlimited talk, text & high-speed 4G LTE while on our network.” It was a promo plan. I don’t believe I get tethering, though I haven’t really tried it.

T-Mobile can pry my plan from my cold, dead hands. I signed up when they were foolish enough to offer a true unlimited 4G plan at $100/mo for two lines. No throttling, no data caps. I will never give up this plan.

NES games are worse. Any time they throw too many sprites on screen... yikes. There are some pretty bad sections in some of the OG Mega Man games. Part of the charm for me :p

While I agree with the premise of this article, there is some blatantly false information in it. 30 fps is not common for consoles, or at least it wasn’t until recently. The most common frame rate for retro consoles is 60 fps. Further, CRTs were perfectly capable of displaying 60 fps, but only if the game ran at half

First game with a chargeable mega buster, not the first with a chargeable weapon. Mega Man 2 had Heat Man.

I feel like you are playing a different X. Are you talking about frame rate slowdown or input lag? Cuz there is no input lag in the game itself.

Yes, this. Buy discs, still have to install them, still have to use discs after they are installed. So irritating. Thank god Nintendo is going back to cartridges.

I mean, you could just unfriend him. I did that years ago.

Well don’t hold it like that then :p My assumption was the poster was saying it is uncomfortable in normal use, which it is not IMO.

Set up Beurocratic hurdles - yes, that was the whole point, was it not?

In what way are the ergonomics painful? How dare you blaspheme the GC controller!

Not trying to be pedantic, but did you mean to say HDMI input, as in a capture card, or HDMI output, as in for connecting an external monitor? Kind of important difference for many gamers.

That makes no sense, Verizon. Once their phone explodes, they can’t call 911 with it anyway.

a) The toploader is actually the superior console once it is RGB modded.
b) I am quite certain you meant turn ON game mode to reduce input lag. Leaving it off, which is the (idiotic) default, is what will mess with your timing.

The Super Game Boy allowed only select Game Boy Color games, specifically black cartridge ones that allowed for a monochrome mode.

So far as I can tell, it does not seem to work that way. Or at least, my fiance has Prime and I have it through her since we can link it that way, but when I link my Amazon account to my Twitch account, it asks me to sign up for Prime.

I’m going to star this even though I don’t have one because I have the G6 and it is freaking fantastic.

I feel like there has been a lot of bias on Gawker toward the PS4 lately and I don’t get why. It’s clearly the less good of the revised systems. 4K game support but no 4K Blu-ray support and a bunch of other dumb moves... very strange.

I’m strongly in the “it’s a bargain” camp. Let’s all remember that the game itself is also about $20. Actually I think it’s less right now. Based on the number of hours I have played of the game, that’s less than 10 cents per hour. I have certainly got my money’s worth and am happy to spend another $20 to finally have

I agree that the modular aspect if the G5 has been pretty useless (if only due to a lack of modules), but the phone itself is great. Way better than any Galaxy POS.
