Thanks bud. I almost exclusively drink pop with booze. When I am subway or wherever I try for coke zero or club soda which is just carbonated water.

I have never known anyone that tall and that skinny. I’m like 5’11 215. Or as you would call it “fatass”. 36” waist.

I am 5’11 and 215. My waist is only 36 so yeah I aint the thinnest, but I am certainly not “fat” although there is a slight dad bod. If your 6’2 at 215 don’t lose any you need it all man!

Drakkon, at the fountains what I try to do is drink club soda. Still carbonated but no sugar.

Beer both the cause and solution to all my problems. ;)

What do you drink instead? I’ve started drinking less beer due to hangover effects but I also don’t just want to do shots. Gin and tonic is probably pretty good. Not convinced rye and gingers are really any better for me, given all the sugar in the ginger.

The dad bod creeps up though, I feel a lil like my gut is too big, but I gym like 3-4x a week so it’s not as if I am a weakling.…

Here in Ontario there is a no touching rule. it is enforced....sparingly.

Christ I don’t even make that in a day. I was going to say “I should have gone to law school”...but I have a few friends whom are in law school and I am glad I have never gone haha.
