How could a stellar be running?

Where do you usually drive? Ontario is quite large by any measurement. It takes over 26 hours of driving to drive from the western border of the province to the eastern.

Not to condone this in anyway, but it would be nice if Ontario set reasonable speed limits that lowered the traffic speed differential, if they are going to have such draconian laws.

Exactly. I drive an 11 year old economy car. It's not because I'm rich.

This could also be described as: Charging poor people more for parking than richer people since they are likely to drive older cheaper cars.

These cars are the cars I dislike most on the road, I don't know why but they always seem to either A) change 3 lanes then SLAM on the brakes so I nearly hit them or b) try to run me over in the cross walk. It looks nice...but these days i try to avoid them as much as possible.
