Until there are major advances, this will be impossible for all but trim pieces, or pieces that aren't under any stress. (Like badges). The structural integrity of the pieces we can currently print is not enough to be functional in an internal combustion engine. The part would just disintegrate.

At this point, printing materials is not really appropriate for most car parts. The structural integrity of the pieces is too weak.
