Hi Oppo. Well...many moons later I now have a 2012 Ford Focus, a 2010 Mustang, a 1992 Tempo and now a 2014 Caravan that I just picked up for the wife. Are Caravan’s great cars? No. Are they practical as all get out? Yes.
Hello Oppos, it’s me the BAAAWWWSSSS.
There are days when living in Edmonton feels like you live *way* the hell up here. This is about 3 weeks earlier than last year. To be quite fair, I don’t think it’s the accumulation amount, but the fact that it snowed in mid September to be the reason for the warning.
Blue Mazda 2 was the first to find me a Plymouth Champ for sale, when I could not find one myself. Therefore the awesomeness that is blue Mazda 2 is entitled to the following internets.
My winter car will be a Plymouth Champ. I figure by the time I find one to buy, I will have enough money for another car. The only rule is need to be for sale in north america. Mexico ok.
Hey guys. Heading down BC 24 soon. As far as I can tell it’s a road with nothing on it except where I am headed.
Drove by these guys late at night with a fussy baby, so I didn’t have time to stop. But I came back today. Lada Samara galore!
Hey guys. Just back from the birth of my son a week ago, but I hadn’t posted since October.
Hello Fellow Oppo’s. If you have been following me, we have covered home town hero Greg Moore’s racing from crashing go karts into drain pipes, to dominating Indy Lights to some highlights of his racing career up to his final 1999 season.
Hello. As promised,
last week yesterday, I published Part 1 of a three part series on hometown hero racing driver Greg Moore. That post covered his start through crashing carts into drain pipes in parking lots, all the way to the most dominant Indy Lights season ever recorded. We will now get to the exciting part: …
17 years ago today, my childhood racing hero Greg Moore died when he crashed into a wall at extremely high rate of speed. Simply put, I am here to tell you his story.
Thank’s VW for the excellent check engine logo!
Car hits moose because driver was distracted by another car that had also hit a moose moments earlier. Also 3 other cars hit moose on that road on that morning. All in all it was a no good very bad day for cars, and moose.
Snowed this week. Now there is snow all over. I am taking the Mustang on it’s last ride tomorrow until spring. Already bought bus tickets. So sad :(
Man, I sure do love it here in Alberta. Check out this giant pumpkin at the Smoky Lake AB pumpkin weigh off and fair.
I traverse a lot of remote roads in the middle of the night, such as highway 16 in between McBride and Prince George where the mooses outnumber the cars, and where once I went an hour and only saw two other cars.
Meanwhile in Tomahawk Alberta....
Well, with a little one on the way there was only one thing to do. Buy a cozy coupe and pimp it out.
It’s glorious. An ancient old Plymouth or Dodge spotted in Edmonton. I love this thing. So loved, but yet so beaten upon. 10/10 Would do glorious burnouts all day long. I suck at identifying
60's cars 70's cars, but it looked like a chrysler to me.
