Bernie/Bernie 2016
A House divided

But is the Ford Texas enough?

I’ve heard that Edelbrock makes a nice little supercharger for you.

At least as far as the West Virginia part of your argument, you’re absolutely correct.

I guess the point is that by doing these things, you’re already ahead of most owners. It appears that you need a pickup. I know too many people like Doug is describing. Maybe it’s the South?

...even though the largest thing they carried around was their collection of Staind CDs.

I saw the GT in the flesh this weekend at Daytona for 24 Hours practice. It looks/sounds amazing. It’s coming out of tech here

I wish I could pull this out of the greys. Why can’t people see this? VW shit on everyone else with a smile & happily accepted the industry/automotive media praise, all while knowing it was a sham.

The industry is rapidly dying though.

When it comes to the VW crowd (fanboys and auto journalists), a soft touch dash means more than a fast, fun car.

The front end looks a bit better after 2008 - I’ll give you that. Add some bulges, swoops, make it the proper blue, add better wheels, and it looks a bit better still. I suppose if you NEED the cargo space in your performance car it would be a compromise vehicle. When I look at one I’m excited by what I know the car

There are three in my parking lot right now, but then again I work in the high paying tech sector. This parking lot is a carnival of speed.

Is this in relation to your original post too? Just because plenty of used market bums here feel like a performance car should compromise as a weekend lumber hauler doesn’t mean Subaru needs to build them one. It certainly hasn’t hurt sales, either. The tightwad “all-around car” hatch crowd would still be driving

So flawed they’ve been flying off dealer lots for two years now. Lol.

A sedan has been part of the WRX equation since the very beginning...

A hot sedan doesn’t remind me of a bubbly little GTI, and that’s a good thing.

And get rid of the “ass-load of body roll”, as one commenter put it.

People get it. It’s loyalty to a concept. But the time has come to improve on the concept, because the 86 was never perfect to begin with, and improvement is possible. That’s why the refreshed Twins will have more power, among other improvements. It’s coming.

Yes, but the same FA + turbo in the WRX (if the bottom mount turbo would fit) wouldn’t change much regarding weight and balance. This is all moot though, because the refreshed Twins are confirmed to be coming with more power, likely with a N/A engine.

This sounds fairly legit.
