So basically our new president's philosophy on knowledge via book reading is the same as DMX's from Belly: "F*ck a book! You better start thinkin' about yo' seed, 'cause Shorty can't eat no books."

It's pretty tough to feel bad for the woman who was one of the three main characters in the multi-billion dollar Harry Potter film franchise.

I agree with that.

In fairness, being alt-right trolls and Drumpf supporters is about the fourth or fifth thing wrong with Slayer. #fuggem

They might not be "Southern rock" as it exists today, but they created the template that birthed the whole genre. You can hear echoes of the Brothers' sound in older bands like Skynyrd, but also new groups like Blackberry Smoke.

There are plenty of instances of weird meters in the Allmans' repertoire, from "Whipping Post" to "Black-Hearted Woman" to "44 Blues." A great, innovative band that took a classic American musical form and gunned it into overdrive.

I'd agree with the comment about playing together. Even as a huge Grateful Dead fan, the Allmans' percussion section was 100% locked in. ABB pretty much stayed in their lane (Southern blues-rock), but man did they put the pedal to the metal.

I only got to see the Allman Bros. Band once live, and I'm very glad I got a chance to check that off my Live Music Bucket List. What an amazing band.

So basically, "White Man Who Talks Like a Black Man Lambasts Indian Man For Dating White Women." I don't even know what to say about that.

Think of it as "The Real Housewives of Vatican City," and it kinds of puts things in perspective.

More importantly, there is a third America, full of people who are smart enough to know that if you want good, actual Mexican food, you go where actual Mexicans go: the little shack that's just three tiny booths and two little old ladies cooking on a massive griddle all day long.

F*ck Young Jeezy with a cocaine-dusted dildo. This IS, however, a great reminder that it's the final day to listen to Riley Freeman's "My president is black and my Lambo is blue" speech from "The Fundraiser" episode of The Boondocks. https://www.youtube.com/wat…

Yeah that's great. But how 'bout a little less toning down the violence and a little more toning up the scriptwriting?

I think my favorite Ferrer role was his turn as reluctant world-weary drug-trafficking witness Eduardo Ruiz in Traffic.

That soup sounds like the shiznitty-flimflam-bricabrac-wiggidy-wack-scrumdiddly-umpcious!

He's probably still got some extra TRUMP THAT B*TCH t-shirts in the campaign HQ basement.

Addendum: I just now realized that this doesn't have any meat in the taco filling. That's slightly mitigating — in that it's probably not any less healthy than a most of Taco Bell's other offerings — but looking at it still makes me a little queasy.

True dat.

That ping you just heard is the button on America's jeans popping off and hitting the window at the Taco Bell drive thru. Jesus Christ.
