I really like Evan William's Single Barrel bourbon. Normal Evan Williams is a cheap JD ripoff, but the single barrel is very good and one of the cheapest out there.

Earl Grey is good. I love me some Earl Grey, it's a classic flavored tea. The other stuff you mentioned with caramel and what not are a disaster.
