Tick tick, Mr. Bumknuckle. Tick tick.
Tick tick, Mr. Bumknuckle. Tick tick.
If you know cool people it is.
Haha, yeah, it's pretty ridiculous. I spent the majority of season 1 despising it. Especially the first couple episodes and that ridiculous masochist party that Jill goes to. But as the show went on I kept thinking about it. And by the finale I had this strange attachment to it. When Kevin Garvey runs through the…
Came to Lost after the incredible second season of The Leftovers but its been an absolute chore to get through season 1. Also, FURY ROAD, The Americans, Hannibal, The Shining, and Children of Men leave me cold.
Upon a recent rewatch of Mulholland Drive I realized that Justin Theoroux is my favorite part of that movie. And there's a lot I love about that movie.
But you don't HAVE to interpret it symbolically. It's a bromance. And aside from the odd abstraction every now and then, it's pretty straightforward. Think of it as a will they-won't they with the two main characters. It's not The Tree of Life.
New Chance the fucking Rapper! I'm lovin it. There's such a ridiculous wealth of good music this year.
I find it crazy how anyone could thinks In Rainbows is anything less than a collection of hits. But there will be no shooting at this time.
I appreciate your approval, Thebadmenwire.
I approve.
This movie was fuckin cool. Thanks AV Club.
Yeah, it just seems statistically probable.
No disrespect, gogiggs. I see your point. I admit, I was a little scattered in my phrasing. I did not mean to imply any sort of moral superiority and I think I was a little quick to make a few assumptions based on an image I had created of you. The image I had of you was someone who takes themself as some kind of…
It's showing an awful lot of people actually talking on their cell phones. That doesn't seem realistic. That's one thing which has certainly evolved since the book came out.
Love and Mercy, dude.
You realize that blindly hating everything which is popular or current is a form of mind control in itself, right? If everything is automatically bad, nothing requires critical thinking. I find that people who are able to extend themselves by listening to multiple styles and genres of music often have deep empathy for…
Thought it was good. Daddy Lessons through Forward is pretty boring though. B+
John Oliver is often informative and I appreciate that but his jokes are all incredibly lazy. Seriously, it's the same thing every time. This thing is shitty. Almost as shitty as DORITOS MIX: CHEESE EXPLOSION. This sucks. Like that time your mom sent your pet hamster to "summer camp". NO MOM. MR. HAMILTON IS NOT OKAY.…
Don't get the hate at all. Got a subscription for The Life of Pablo and I really miss using it. It sounds better and the look of it is super sleek and easy to use. It just feels right. Listening to TLOP on Tidal felt like part of the experience.
