@bridgettmay:disqus Did you guys notice that the drunk in the cell only repeats what other people say? He repeats Chad's words and Naido's chriping sound. That makes me wonder whether he's a Tulpa (aka a manufactured being) like DOugie.

What about the room with the staircase full of woodsmen that was seen in the South Dakota Vortex by Cole? That could be part of the convenience store, which could be the Black Lodge. It wasn't black and white in FWWM though.

It was a hotly discussed frame grab on the Twin Peaks reddit. DoppelCoop and the scientist are clearly outside the box. The third man is totally debatable though. You see what looks like his hair/forehead and the edge of his left arm (he's facing camera) from behind the bald guy. It could be just equipment though.

A lot of people shared that thought, but it looks like the photo with Doppel Coop and two other men found on one of the earliest memory cards shows that it's DoppeCoop who owns the building.

It would be interesting if The Hound is wielding the power of the Lord of Light if/when it comes down to Clegane Bowl.

I was just thinking this today. In the book, Jaime's arc is one of the most interesting and deep character journeys I've experienced in a book series, but in the show he still seems to be passionately focused on Cersei despite that fact that he has changed so much. It seems like in the show they are setting him up

Secret History of Twin Peaks has a lot to say about how atomic testing ties into the lodge creatures. My mind boggles at how the most Lynchian episode yet is actually the most Frostian too.

In Secret History of Twin Peaks by Mark Frost, Douglas Milford is taken by President Nixon to a government installation where he sees a gray entity that is described very similarly to that thing. He then promises before he resigns from office to create a government Listening Post near Twin Peaks with off-the-books

Why don't you mansplain to her how she should review then.

It's in Washington. It was always in Washington. I replied to the wrong person, but check out the FWWM script. They call it Deer Meadow, Washington. Remember that Twin Peaks in the far NE corner of Washington, but Deer Meadow is close enough that Laura can run over to Theresa's for 3ways (4ways?) with johns. Mike

FWWM script calls it Deer Meadow Washington. Agent Cooper My Life My Tapes book calls it "One hour north of Portland" and Twin Peaks pilot says that Theresa Banks was killed in the SW Part of "This state" which at the time he says the line, is Washington. Twin Peaks is just south of the Canadian Border to the north

REALLY good call.

Bill, there are those who believe that life, here, began out there.

Did you notice that even coming clean, he still lied and said the "weapon" was for Mars?

In the books, wasn't the Riverrun siege the one where Jaime gets the letter from Cersei and he burns it? How much character progression did show-Jaime undo with that speech to Edmure? And did Brienne find one of Littlefinger's wormholes and get through the neck and the twins to get to Riverrun?

The show would be even less interesting if it was about male/female relationship because it's a fantasy action adventure. This show wouldn't be remade if there were a male/female relationship. From that interview it sounds like it's solely motivated by "Hey, we can get away with this now!"

The show will be less interesting if they do this. There's nowhere for the characters to go. It reeks of a new kind of tokenism.

My favorite Kiefer Sutherland moment: I was at a restaurant in Venice Beach when I was in grad school, and I was with a bunch of authors/writing professors. The ladies (and er, one of the guys) start looking over towards the bar and they suddenly get star struck. "He's even cuter in person" and "My husband let me

Man, no mention of how he ADR'd Richard Pyror's voice for a movie? I heard him do it on Kevin Pollak's Chat Show and it was uncanny!

I clicked everywhere, there's no page two?
