Thanks. I have a personal hatred for quacks, probably because I’m autistic. While I’ve thankfully never been subject to it, many children on the autism spectrum have suffered greatly from fake “cures” or unnecessary treatments. And a lot of the Chronic Lyme people remind me too much of anti-vaxxers.

These con artists enrage me.

There’s really no evidence that Chronic Lyme is a thing. That doesn’t mean your friends niece wasn’t sick. What’s especially terrible about the so called “Lyme-Literate” doctors is that they may be preventing people from getting actual help.

I think there is a word for making people do work for free...
