I lived in a similar building just down the street, 50 Biscayne. Beautiful from the lobby to the pool deck to the views, and coming from San Francisco, it seemed dirt cheap to me at $1200 a month.
There is a shop in Colorado called Left Hand Utes
Neutral: Road rage warning/recording. Someone drives like a dick (easily defined: brake checking, swerving, etc) the nearby cars get a warning, and everyone’s sensors/cameras start gathering data. Things like lane departure/adaptive cruise etc will add more sensors, enlist the cars surrounding the jerk and you gather…
I don’t get these miniature sedans. I guess to babby? Because there’s no rear legroom. If you need a car that seats four people - even if two of them are children - this thing is too small.
How is this different from street racing?
How is this different from street racing?
So street racing is cool if its late at night and your friends block the road from traffic, right?
I’m late to this, but it’s a good story, and telling it will put a big smile on my face.
3rd gear: the future of vehicles will be modular. This is what will make flying cars possible. Your passenger and engine can mate to a ground transport package for driving around town. Or it can mate to turbofans for flight. Have “miniports” for take-off/landing stocked with car-mode transport packages.
I was the seller on one of these. ‘85 Honda V65 Sabre, I was selling it with a ton of miles on it. Second gear was gone (common failure on these bikes), the instrument cluster didn’t work, the brakes were almost gone, the motor had a ton of miles. And overall it had some scrapes that you would expect for someone’s…
Blue? No mention of blue? I had a Bahama blue SLK like this one. No dealer had one in stock, I’d never seen the color on the car - even in a photo. I ordered from the factory based on the paint chip image in the brochure. It was gorgeous
That’s a very smart idea.
Plus stretched wheelbase and retractable hardtop.
Which means some terrible availability for body and trim parts. GM has run out of many items completely.
The problem with these cars is that there is a long, long list of parts that GM has run out of. Headlight and taillight assemblies for one, plus tons of body pieces, stuff for the roof, etc. If you buy one, you’d probably want a donor car to scavenge parts off of. And if you’re ever in much of an accident, forget it.
The Russian police attack their own people with fighter jets?
You think the answer is to get us more deeply entwined in the Middle East? Yeah, that’s worked out so well for the last 35 years.
What incentive? Did we put any conditions, or receive any concessions, for this sale?
Trump accuses them of supporting terrorists and then, without them changing a thing, immediately rewards them.
That’s a good deal - for Qatar. Trump got nothing in return. In fact, if the Saudis and our other allies in the region are now considering Qatar a potential enemy, we just armed the enemy of our friends.
The Chally R/T is a great car - on paper. Drive one and you’ll wonder where all those ponies are, because the seat of your pants aren’t feeling ‘em. Most disappointing test drive I’ve ever taken.
