I read that article, too. I guess I should start doing push ups today.

I just went on a nerdy TLC posting jaunt on FB thanks to the TLC article. I think we all know the answer to this question.

20 year old me cruised around my small WV town with friends and 40s to this album. Good times. Dumb, but good.

The fact that people support this shit show hurts my brain.

It must be exhausting to be that damn insecure.

“...if a 14 year old girl is in the locker room and a person comes in with male genitalia, of course they’re going to be harmed...”

What a dumb shit thing to say. He’s either implying that anyone with a penis is going to harm any girl they see OR that male genitalia is harmful to even cast our eyes upon. I quite enjoy

I can only assume the “Blacks for Trump” people are paid to be exactly where they are.

If my finances would allow I’d take one international and one US vacation every year. I have my international trip planned for this year. Hopefully an opportunity to hit a new area of the US will arise, too.

Same.

Looking back I feel like it was always just something I knew. Dad drove a coal truck and Mom was a librarian. But I have a few specific memories of it really hitting home. Renting a prom dress instead of buying. Government cheese and rice. Free school lunch. Not being able to have those saddle shoes the other girls

I suspect that his love of gold is thanks to never being good enough to receive actual praise or gold stars as a child.

I prefer the toad’s mug than his.

I’m not sure, actually. It was built under Peter the Great but that’s all I’m pulling from my memory banks at the moment in regards to which families lived in which palaces and at what times. I’m thinking the Romanovs preferred Alexander Palace...

The original is always more spectacular. The grounds at Peterhof are amazing!

I want everyone to understand this. I don’t know why they can’t. I don’t know why they won’t. But if everyone would just understand THIS! we could get back to real business.

I moved to Arizona. I’m hoping to see this joint go bluer each election.

You know what this reminds me of? Peterhof Palace. In Russia.

There is never any discernible joy on this toad’s face. Never. Sad.

I’m so glad my Mom told me, as well as showed me with doing it herself, that “less is more.” Less makeup. Less plucking. Less all of it. I wear very little makeup and rarely (like, less than once a year) pluck even one hair from my brows. Nobody has ever run screaming away from my visage, either.

I can’t help but think about trends in eyebrows right now. Women used to pluck them into oblivion. Now they are drawing them back in, tattooing them back on, and all of the things to have thicker more shapely eyebrows. And that’s relatively simple, if not weird to me.
