Board member. A CEO has more direct control but the Board generally acts as oversite and generally hires the CEO. The CEOs job is to run the company in a way beneficial to share holders where as the board generally oversees that. Also they tend to be elected by voting share holders.

I’m normally all about unions, but the police and fire dept unions both need to be busted. This has gone beyond collective bargaining power. 

It’s interesting that in a country which hates workers’ unions so much, police unions are so untouchable.

You left out a key element of this. The official report first stated that the man “tripped and fell”... that Is, until the video emerged.

In addition to the brutality, there is also the blatant dishonesty—even knowing that they are surrounded by video cameras, police are routinely misrepresenting what is going on (here, they said the guy tripped and fell, which kind of leaves out an important detail).
