Two problems: 1. Amtrak’s wifi in the busy Northeast Corridor (Boston to D.C.) is spotty at best. 2. Many times, Amtrak is more expensive than flying. My company flies me to D.C. regularly from the northeast (<1 hour flight) because airlines generally smoke Amtrak on pricing.
