Serious question: how do we peacefully protest against this in an effective and organized fashion? My knee jerk reaction was to donate to the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and NARAL. Done. But now what? I live in a bluer than blue northeastern state and I’m not sure how to get involved. Any ideas?

Yes! LL Bean sells classic wool pea coats with Thinsulate lining. Mine is so warm I have to wait until it’s bitterly cold to wear it, if not I get too sweaty!

Unlined wool doesn’t keep you warm in the winter (I live in New England). Unlined wool = fall coat. Lined wool = winter coat. The difference a lining makes is tremendous, particularly if it’s Thinsulate or some other super warm material.
