I did see Prince when I was in college (thank you radio station ticket giveaway contest thing) but I also should have gone to his pajama party and pancakes thing at Paisley Park a few years ago. My friend brought it up, and I said "yeah cool, when is that?", and he told me "about 5 hours from now". I needed more

Or being empowered without us.

The high five was so goddamn satisfying.

I've been gushing about this comic since it came out, it's so fucking good.

One day, when I was 7, I was looking through my parents' old VHS tapes. I found one that had some movies on it that they had recorded off of one of the movie channels, and it had Heartbreak Ridge and some movie called Star Wars. I asked my dad what it was and he told me I should go watch it. So i did.

"Nowhere to do parkour on Lian Yu"

BAZ LUHRMANN

He still might be, you can't be sure.

That is not a complaint, I liked that catch scene a lot. It worked on a few levels.

Fair enough.

And they have the NERVE to allow its outline to be seen, solely to vex us!

My favorite cameo was the Zune

The Groot stuff bothered me, too. I thought he was going to be just Groot, but, you know, little. That can be funny. But no, he's got the mind and maturity level of a two year old for some reason.

The first movie was "what if we made a 2 hour movie out of nothing but cliches?" and this is its logical progression. For crying out loud, there's a scene where Peter and his dad, a living goddamn planet, have a catch. If you can appreciate how ridiculous that is, you'll probably enjoy this.

"And Rachel said to Jacob 'Just jam a turkey baster up there'"

Yet.

"What am I feeling? Is it a feeling? Could I be feeling somehow?"

Something something breaking the family something something using their friends against them

Sisters don't shake hands, sisters gotta hug!

When the review started in on Felicity's dead boyfriend I forgot he even had a name until I saw it again a sentence later. So maybe that's why they're not using it? Because nobody, characters in this show included, ever seemed to give much of a shit about him.
