@cjoyce: I agree with you. People try to talk about it being "symmetrical", but if I having to bend BOTH thumbs at an awkward angle instead of one thumb doesn't sound like an improvement to me.

@Dr. Tobias Funke (Analrapist): If anything, the 360 controller is closer to sitting how your hands naturally rest though. When I hold a controller, my thumbs automatically sit where the buttons and left thumbstick are on the 360 controller. So on a PS3 I have to hold my thumbs lower than is naturally comfortable.

@Rannxz: Yeah, that's a definite possibility. I just have a hard time picturing Sony doing something like that because it's nice for the customer. :)

The 3G is interesting because I'd imagine you'll need some type of data coverage plan to use it (instead of Sony providing free data for buying the PSP2). You also know that this thing is going to cost a fortune. I cannot imagine it hitting with a price point under the 3DS' $250. With those specs, I'd imagine it's

@0xC001D00D: I might have to grab it. I'm definitely downloading the demo.

This sounds amazing. Everything posted sounds awesome!!!

This game is amazing. I got it on Tuesday and I've played it every day and every time it gets better and better. I just started going through the tutorials and I'm really excited to start making some levels.

@arrrdawg: I have as well and I still love it, but I won't pretend some of it may be a nostalgia factor.

@tay120n64: I actually played it using the touch screen as an analog control stick and it worked wonderfully. But it only worked if you had a DS Phat with the little thumb nub included on the strap.

Well, considering I didn't like having the new characters in Mario 64 for the DS, this is fine. I want a nice, faithful port of the original with convenience-related enhancements (like the inventory system).

@AegisOrnus: Haha...wow...seriously? That's funny and sad at the same time.

@GamerKT: I already preordered one. :)

@ifandbut: Agreed. And I have used an iPhone and know many people with them almost all of whom jumped to Android as soon as it became readily available for reasons like this.

@fmhypo: Definitely. I would love to see more use of something like this.

That's really awesome! Way to go, kid. You've made me feel like an under-achieving failure, but that's my problem. haha :)

This is EXACTLY what I was expecting when they hinted at PS3-Steam integration. I kept telling my friends that the PS3 version would be an insta-buy if they used Steam to make the game available to me both on the PS3 and my PC and if they would save my game to the Steam servers. I did not expect the cross-platform

Haha...awesome. Two of my favorite things! LBP2 and Kevin Butler! Yay!

@EbolaOcho: I've seen Three Kings and I Heart Huckabees. They weren't terrible, but they weren't movies I ever wanted to watch again. Though I have heard incredible things about the Fighter.

Two things. First, Fillion is actually a really cool guy so this isn't surprising at all. Second, he's probably secretly glad to not be a part of the crapfest that movie will undoubtedly end up becoming.

That is definitely becoming my wallpaper on my Android phone, my desktop, and my laptop.
