Almost every single person I know who owns an Xbox also has Xbox Live. Out of the 50 people, I can think of 1 guy without it. So the $3/month (use Buy.com) for Live is already a sunk cost for anyone making a decision on this front. They are going to pay for Live regardless of Netflix or the PSN store.

@devfiz: Preorder from Gamestop and you get a free bass pedal and a splitter for double bass action. It only works with the GH:WT drum set though.
