while I agree that he should be punished, a 20 year sentence for this seems a bit much. that’s the same max as seditious conspiracy.
Might as well just sneak in store brand candy at that point.
If you are rich enough, any crime for which the punishment is simply a fine is not a crime for you.
I have a first-gen Montero so I get the love, for sure
Meanwhile in Lubbock a college kid can get away with quite a bit- as long as they’re not being a dick- because the locals are INSANE
WERE part of F1 for many years.
If you buy new and keep it 20 years it makes sense.
Grid girls have been a part of F1 for many years, America does not have a monopoly on pretty girls at sporting events.
I went to college in Fort Collins, and all I can say is that this is ZERO percent surprising. They make SO much money off of DUI’s on college kids in that town. the cops are super aggressive, over zealous rage monsters. I wish nothing but the worst for the pigs of For Fun
The same reason we add cheese to everything.
More better.
Shoot watch diecast racing from 3Dbotmaker on youtube, it’s insanely fun to watch.
It’s too bad the 1/5 thing isn’t the case anymore. But the advice is still sound. And everyone coming in with examples where used are the same price as new completely ignore that the new model is going to have a huge wait, a huge dealer markup, or both.
That’s a shame, I’ve tried harder watching F1 races, I just can’t stay awake. Or avoid switching to porn.
I guess you could say I am rich - I do pretty well. But hell no I still wouldn’t get a new car. I have a used car and a very old used car that is paid for.
*Rich people and the financially illiterate.
I can’t imagine when buying a new car makes sense. My family take home is >200k and I wouldn’t even consider getting a new car.
i love it - its not quick but its roomy with many of the luxury features that cars 20 years newer dont have.
There was a story recently about a dude who was waiting in a school pick-up line, got out of the car he was waiting in to take a quick walk, and then accidentally got into the wrong car. He quickly realized his error and got into the right car with the rest of his family.
This is one of the core problems of the whole thing. People often talk about how in most countries, traffic cops don’t have guns. But unfortunately, in the United States, they kind of have to assume everyone they stop has a gun, because they COULD have a gun. So of course they have guns. It’s just classic escalation.
