The biggest I would ever go is a Bugatti Chiron.

I’m just saying, there’s a right answer here

I see tons of electric scooters and electric minibikes all accross town. It’s anecdotal, but it makes me think the problem is price.

It’s a small sample size but a recent survey of me states that price is the biggest issue with range/charging access on the road as close seconds. I ride regularly and have for a long time, both as a commuter and long haul back road tripper, but as interested as I am in EV motos - both conceptually and in several

IMHO it’s a combo of perception within the brand’s fanbase (YES - folks will put $75k into a H/D and gear but not one that’s missing the single biggest trademark...the sound) and the look... why, oh why would you make it look like am import muscle bike when you could have sold the looks you have to the few that don’t

For me it’s the range...I used to commute only occasionally, but I still do go for weekend rides that often are over 150 miles on all backroads. I would totally consider a LiveWire as I think the configuration looks sporty enough for the backroads I prefer, while still being comfortable for long rides...but it has to

Cost, range, the fact that people don’t tend to ride motorcycles as generic commuters as much anymore which makes these early models less tenable, at least from what my still-riding friends tell me (most have given it up over the last 5 years - too many idiots on the road).

They might be hard to spot, but I cant recall actually seeing an electric Motorcycle on the road. Is it price, perception or availability that is slowing adoption of these?

This is the west. If you find your own stolen vehicle you can pretty much do whatever you want to the person who has it. Just have to say you feared imminent mortal danger.

It’s part of an ongoing investigation. When they complete said investigation you can buy it back in pieces at the annual police auction.

One of the guys in our BMW 850 group learned to drive stick with the V12. Endless torque. First time he got in a Civic he stalled it.

My kids are going to learn on this if I ever get it.

It’s almost like PDs the US over have little effect in actually preventing crime, despite the record-high budgets.

Just a reminder: the US police forces have the third highest budget of all armies IN THE WORLD. Just a bit shy of the Chinese Army.

The world’s 3rd largest army is used to police ourselves, against

We’ve been talking about this for months! Thank you.

That is just depressing.

Right!? I remember telling people this on the playground. “You know you can just restart the same world, right?”

Yeah, this has been known since the game came out. It was in Nintendo Power back then. I was 6 or 7 years old at the time and that was always a thing.

I had no idea and I first played Super Mario Bros in 1985 so this is information that would have been nice to have had back in the day for sure!

Apparently not! Tons of comments on that TikTok talking about all the years wasted. One brought up a good point, too: You would think a trick like this would be in the manual, but it’s not!
