This. Cell vs. the PC architecture means only emulation is possible, and while I am not sure if there is a PS3 emulator on the PC or not, but I can imagine you'd need a liquid hydrogen cooled machine with a power reactor to cool and power that PC to do PS3 emulation.

This is what I am happy to hear. It means ports will be better and way more optimized. I am interested in seeing how optimized games will be.
