Does commenting on your list negate the underexplained part?

I’m going as a +1 to the wedding of my GF’s landlord’s daughter, where I will know no one outside of my GF, and she only knows the landlord and her daughter. How excited should I be on a scale of 1-10? The wedding is between two very polish families, FYI.
