These questions really annoy me because I think they’re terrible and the answer is usually very obvious to people that don’t sit around overthinking things.

“Isn’t getting yelled at by bosses kind of par the course for a job?”
Congratulations- you have no idea what it’s like to be at the lowest levels of depression, but you’ve spouting off about it anyway.
People with children are not allowed to have crippling depression. Got it. Thanks for that. I’ll keep it in mind.
You didn’t attend her funeral? So as you say this was a women who you knew since you were toddlers. I assume that means you were pretty good friends. Instead of being there for those two children when they probably need people the most you got on your high horse and road away.
Yeah, it’s opening overseas this week and I think they figured, OK, if a bunch of reviews are going to be running on Rotten Tomatoes, there might as well be U.S. critics in the mix. Maybe they think U.S. folks will be easier on it or something?
One of the early trailers for this included a shot that appeared to show a fancy black market auction almost exactly like the one in Taken. So personally, I’m hoping the third-act twist is that they saved the dinos because there are a lot of oligarchs and Gulf princes in the Jurassic World universe who will pay big…
Sure, but calling them “the opposite of D.C. movies” seems a little mean-spirited.
“Don’t go into the long grass” was a great sequence that truly played up the horror elements of the franchise.
Yes, but imagine...a dinosaur with a gun. Now what, Smarty McSmarterton?
IO9 must follow you to be ungreyed

Actually they are bringing in a new Lead to save the show ...
In the age of quality shows getting canceled and immediately picked up by someone else, this feels appropriate:
TOIT NUPS!
Solid list, but gotta disagree on Pan’s Labyrinth, and I think Wilco’s Being There is out-and-out great, A + material.
“So what does that make us?”
It’s an article encouraging you to watch a movie, but the way it’s written kind of relies on you having seen the movie and knowing the twist they’re writing around: Rosebud is Tyler Durden’s sled, which has been dead since the opening scene
The show pretty much squarely places the 99 as the only ‘good cops’ in all of NYC; pretty much anyone outside of the department is an asshole of some flavor, either climbing for more power and authority for its own sake or a self-aggrandizing dick, or just a full on racist. Peralta has gradually been getting more…
