Well hybrids have the advantage of better MPG, so at least while you still have ICE maintenance you get better MPG over the life of the car.  Anything to pollute less is better, especially since the pricing between hybrid and standard ICE are really close.

Have they tried better pay and conditions, so people don’t have to work until their sanity breaks, instead? Seems like a gimme to me.
