Trucks man, trucks.
Trucks man, trucks.
FFS, this ain’t rocket science. A $39 million opening for a movie that cost well north of $200 million to produce, was expected by industry analysts to open higher, and was a direct sequel to a movie that grossed a billion dollars is absolutely a flop. Wonka purportedly cost half as much as The Marvels to produce, and…
Nah that’s rad as hell
Hot take: the Strosek 928s (and other similar tuner kits) looked way cooler than the original 928 and are how it should’ve looked the whole time. The stock 928 is kind of an awkward looking car, and the extra width and ground effects make it more cohesive.
I must be the oddball, because I love it! Ask the 12-year old me to draw what a 911 should look like, and it would have drawn that. I probably had a matchbox car just like this.
TikTok is the Christopher Columbus of social media. “Oh, look what we discovered that no one else has ever heard of or experienced!”
I think every Hannah I met was a total psycho.
I thought the two-year release schedule was a dumb idea from Day 1 (and I feel vindicated by the clusterfuck Rise of Skywalker turned out to be), but yes, it makes logistical sense to hire three different directors from that POV, and having three directors wasn’t inherently the problem anyway. It was not having one…
this is going to be such a shit show
This comment section is gonna get spicy.
It was never all that good, people just finally figured it out. What probably happened is that they started making more stuff at home, either because of budget crunch, or got used to staying in more due to the pandemic and making their own Mexican food, and when they went back to Chipotle they realized, “What the…
So if I’m understanding this correctly...
Its got 2400 miles on it. Its a close to a 25-year old new car as you’re going to find, and they’re in demand, belive it or not. The price is high, but not insane.
Price seems fair for a time capsule like this.
You can disagree with the price all you want, but you will never find a cleaner example of this car. Especially not in the 4 figures range.
The VW ID.4 has rear drums and that’s alot larger than this, it’s not too uncommon in EVs in the lower price range as the braking power needed can be subsidized by the regen. Plus it has like 150 miles of range and for the sake of the batteries longevity it will never really have more than 120 so it’s not going to be…
Tim Allen being an absolute asshole on set isn’t new. This is less about this specific incident and more just about confirming what’s been known for decades. He’s *notorious* for this.
This is more or less what I would expect from someone who’s probably thinking “I’m surrounded by godless heathen libtards” every day he’s on a film set.
Pawn Stars guy voice: “Best we can do is value wraps at premium wrap prices”
It’s thick and chunky, I’ll give it that. I’m not sure it’s my thing, but it’s certainly got that Italian flair.
This and the Saturn Sky are some of those cars I routinely forget existed until I see one and go “Hey! I forgot about those! It’s a near little cars and I’d probably enjoy one” and then promptly forget it again by the end of the day. A good friend of mine had a relative who loved their Sky too, just forgettable enough…
