I truly hope what Spellman says about Sharon Carter is not just hyperbole. I’ve always been slightly miffed that Carter’s never gotten a chance to really shine in the MCU; I’m looking forward to her character getting her proper due.

I’ve never denied my aggression to you. So I certainly don’t know why you’re acting as if that’s a revelation. And I’m going to continue to do so because you’ve been nothing but unpleasant.
For someone who doesn’t care, you’re typing an awful lot. Not caring is explainable in four words or less.
My response literally said “...pre-Crisis (on Infinite Earths).” I’m not sure how much clearer one can be when referring to a DC-based Crisis event.
Sure, dude.
This is a really good theory.
And *I* am trying to explain that as most people aren’t gearheads (like all of y’all), that would not be understood. So it would have to be taken to something more recognizable as a ‘rich guy’s car' (ala Bruce Wayne’s cars in either The Dark Knight Rises or Justice League).
(Near) user name synergy, honey. Cuz you are serving truth like WW using the Lasso of Hestia...and.I.am.here.for.it! LoL.
*grips head* You guys are bring entirely too literal with this.
Stop reading my mind! LoL.
I’m not talking about the CW - I never was. I’m talking about the comics. You do know that Crisis was a *comics* event *first*, right?
Lamborghini. Ferrari. Bugatti. A Mercedes (supercar).
Again, I completely agree with you. I do not *at all* understand the Marvel vs. DC sniping that goes on in YouTube comment threads. People behave as it’s impossible to enjoy both franchises; its baffling and clannish.
I have to (respectfully) disagree. Regardless of stakes, there were things in Whedon’s version of Barry that made him seem more scaredy cat than overwhelmed hero. For me, it was the relentless mugging and vaguely fanboyish behavior (particularly around Bruce) that was off-putting.
I could definitely could get behind that reasoning if Tony was the type of man that liked to blend in. But he’s so not the guy who wants to fade into the crowd. Considering Tony’s literally the exact opposite of that, that’s why I have a hard time with it. Tony’s flash incarnate - I would expect his car to match.
The point I was making, which I hoped was made clear by the Bruce Wayne comparison, was that I’d feel with Tony’s ego he’d drive something much ostentatious.
Even if it is, I did provide a comparison for what I’m getting at via mentioning Bruce Wayne. I’d expect Tony to drive something flashier considering his ego.
Yes, they have made her strength equal to him ‘a thing’. She fought him to a standstill when he was being mind-controlled by Max Lord right before Infinite Crisis.
I also think he hopes that the dislike many have for Bregoli will translate into her not being taken seriously.
I agree with all your points; I definitely feel as if they depowered WW to Supes’ benefit.
