While I believe Jonathan did also sleep with Sylvia, I think Elena is supposed to be the only one whose a mother to a child he has treated.

I absolutely agree with you that Sylvia is the murderer. And not only did she kill Elena, she’s also the other woman Jonathan slept with.

So we have a relationship where the man started dating the woman when she was SIXTEEN and he was THIRTY. And he was also her teacher to boot. And said relationship was covered up.

She should’ve been cast in the Furiosa prequel.

Beyond the absurdity and grossness of Chloe’s relationship, what stands out to me is that she’s never had a chance to learn what she really requires in a LTR. From 16 to 30+, she’s been with a man nearly twice her age, so she never had the opportunity to use dating to figure out what characteristics in both a partner…

There’s nothing to “reframe”: I’ve maintained from my first comment that you’re unable to display empathy to Raniere’s victims. You weaponized your lack of empathy within a humblebrag (of how you were too smart to fall for his manipulations).

And that’s well within your right to be unbothered. However, you opened yourself up to criticism by both publicly commenting on the issue via your inability to show any empathy to the women who were truly harmed by this cult.

I don’t buy that you attended the sessions. Considering your stridency in your original statements, one would think you would have been more than happy to volunteer this info earlier in order to point out how much smarter you were then those you criticized.

It’s pretty appalling that you can so easily couch-quarterback and show little-to-no empathy for what was a very harrowing experience.

I'm a Chicagoan too. And I've NEVER heard cheering like this. Its incredible, actually. 

I can’t speak on the Pruitt ridicule allegations, as I had never seen anything like that outside of the online story he posted. But it’s well known that Sophia Crawford handled the bulk of the stunts during her tenure on the show. In fact, when she was dismissed, they had to switch to two different stunt people.

Oh, I completely agree with you. But I also think what makes things murky is that SMG *was* often making it seem or outright taking credit for doing the heavily physical work.

There was also some Wushu-type wirework where Buffy/Sophia does hovering rapid kicks on Adam’s torso.

I also remember reading another interview with Pruit that discussed another source of contention between him and Whedon was that Whedon was apparently ticked that the final boss battle between Buffy and Adam seemed like something from the Matrix.
