Cyborgs are cooler than Neon Spirit Trees but no one likes it when you smash together 3 different storyarcs from your source material into one film? Same could be said for Batman v. Superman.

You can access them before even finishing too but I’d wait to play the Blood and Wine expansion until you have finished Read more

What I like best about it is how he says tomorrow, but shifts from that being a refrain in his mind, and decides right now. You can see the decision in his eyes. Very real, how the things we tell ourselves suddenly become true in a moment.

Duncanville’s definitely shaky and trying to do too much in too many different directions (including too many Family-Guy-style cutaways) but it does have some potential. Objectively I wouldn’t say a whole lot of potential, but it’s there. Read more

From my understanding, the difference would be the difference between sitting at a piano and sort of plinking out a tune (casual meditation) or being taught by a great teacher (transcendental meditation). You can meditate, which is great! Or, you can transcend, which some would argue is completely different (and more Read more

The latter things you mention are not the same. Meditation isn’t about shutting self out from the world or tapping into some alternate state of being, at least principally. Those things are vectors for understanding but they still come by and will be reinterpreted by the same self’s ideals. Meditation is taking time Read more
