If the AVC couldn’t ride to hype cycle, what would they do for content? Substantive, thoughtful essays? Coverage of unseen (non-Thor) media that perhaps needs voices to champion it?  What kind of crazy site would do that?  In this (attention) economy?

I think I’ll wait and see on this season of Westworld. The last season had a lot of promise going in--let’s expand the scope of our story--but it just ended up slavishly following the same damn recurring characters with some reiteration of the same ideas.
