I admire the attempt to narrow the scope and try out new genres of the 3 Dark Pictures Anthology they’ve done so far, though the first two didn’t quite work quite as well. All three are pretty short (and priced to scale), so they feel like some unknown title that piques your interest while looking through a rental

I’ve been looking for the factory default reset for years. I can’t find the manual anymore—no PDFs available online either—and I’ve tried every button combination. If you have any answers, hit me up at OhGodHowDidIGetSoOldAndFat@aol.com

to be fair, I’m still terrible at horseback combat--I can never get the hang of the hit-boxes/hit-timing of my weapon and I tend to get disoriented quickly with my friend the lock-on to guide me--but it does make it far less frustrating learning it.  Maybe I go back to the Swamp of Aeonia and try to take down that

Boy, I bet the rotten tomato vendor really regrets not going to this show! “Oh, it’s just John Mulaney! Audiences really seem to like him!”

Yeah, my mom used to pack whole Ruby Red grapefruits (why? I dunno...) in my school lunches, so I just kind of got used to eating them that way. It can get pretty messy if you are not careful.  It also makes oranges seems insufficient by comparision, but I am a glutton.

I pretty much agree on your thesis, #12 in particular. Boats should serve as vessels to take you to a destintion, not as some kind of floating mini-Dubai.

Mind you, I’ve heard of a lot of these and I’ve probably heard a number of these in passing or from a Pandora shuffle play of the

So...then...just Ready Player One?!?

Oh yeah, links don’t work...why would they?!?  Hopefully, Kinja doesn’t have any plans of their own to expand into the Metaverse.

Homestar Runner was way ahead on this one:

I think the Swiss comes and goes depending on whether they have a Cubano or Reuben sub on their menu, which is a shame because it might be my favorite type of cheese (in general).

Well, back in my day, all we had was Simpsons references...we had to transcribe them by hand on parchment...and we liked it!”

That’s a quick visual novel type game called Coffee Talk, where you play a barista working nights in a Seattle populated by fantasy creatures in the far-flung future of 2020. I was able to serve enough creatures the right drink to unlock 100% of the Steam achievements here.

Last weekend was Free Comic Book Day, so I hung out with some friends, went to local comic book shops trying not to trip over any of the collectors skulking about, and played some branded board games:

To be clear, I haven’t seen Strange M.D. and the Crazy Cosmos; this was more a speculation as to what the grade might be adjusted to, according to my tastes and predilections. The larger point (that may have been lost in the shuffle) was that everyone—both the viewer and reviewer—bring their own set of biases to any

Can I interest you in sub-Prime?

I can’t keep track. Do we actually believe AVClub reviews anymore? Is this movie actually good? Does any staff here actually get what the community enjoyed anymore?
