Yeah, that’s it.  I couldn’t quite put my finger on it, but it does have that sepia-toned feel to it.

Maybe they’ll have some goofy hats.

Am I crazy or is that font really reminiscent of the one that FromSoft uses? I mean, they don’t own the font—something in the Georgia/Times New Roman territory, I think?—but before I clicked on the article, I figured this might be a Dark Souls mod. Ah well...

But where will this show go when the Dust streaming service, dissipating to the virtual winds like so much...well, you get the idea.

Well, that messes up my personal theory, which is that they are just assholes (but at least they aren’t facists!):

Am I the only one who is starting to feel like we need less comedy in news coverage? Granted, they are stepping into the void left by regular TV journalism, so I can hardly blame them. It just seems like there are more comics doing hard-hitting political/current event coverage—stuff that is doing more than just

I think it is because it is just on the line between between being too simple and too complex.  The vast majority of 2600 titles fell into the former category while there was a small batch of games towards the end of the console that were in the latter camp.  The infamous ET adaptation and the lesser-well-known

Wasn’t there a brief time after or during the lawsuit that Napster tried to offer itself as a legitimate music service?

I really tried, but time units can be really self-absorbed lovers.  Last week can go fuck itself from now on, for all I care...

If you’re anything like us, people love telling you—on the internet, over the phone, shouted from a bullhorn at periodic points throughout the day—that “You couldn’t make a movie like Blazing Saddles in today’s climate!”

Prophecy to some, Reality for others...

I don’t think it was actually finished. It was just one volume and then just stopped, which happens far too often in the small weird comics I like. I’m guessing Jonathon Hickman is much too busy these days to wrap up either The Black Monday Murders or Manhattan Projects.

When we weren’t living in end of times, masks were the pinnacle of biker-douche-ware. These fucking poseur outlaws love their bandanas, balaclavas, and skull masks. A year ago, masks signified to the world that they were one percenters who embraced freedom and everything that makes America great.

Boy, between Snowpiercer (now in TV-show and movie form, for your viewing convenience!), this, and that one Adventure Time episode, “train as metaphor” is having quite the decade.

But did he go and get his knife?!?

I had one recently, too. Double-masked (N95 and regular mask) and face-shielded. Hand tools. A vacuum to pick up aerosol particles. A health questionnaire. Only two patients in the clinic at the same time. Plastic barriers in the reception area.

Good to know.  Thanks for the info!

I definitely sympathize with their plight—operating a restaurant is often a financially fraught proposition to start with—but I do wonder if the price-gouging on these services is any worse than what they would end up paying if they had their own delivery.

Cool story, bro” time:  The first time I listened to “Change (In The House of Flies)“, I was at my friend’s apartment.  As the song played, an ambulance passed by, it’s sirens almost in perfect time with the song.  Until I actually picked up the album, I wasn’t sure if those sirens were part of the track or not.  I

That’s close to my line of thinking, but I’ve seen people intimate that it was an indication of some chemistry between them. That’s just Mason’s character; if there isn’t some adversarial relationship in the way, he can be a pretty easy to talk to, which helps him get info out of people.
