Hi everyone, I have an accutane question.

What confuses me is that studies consistently say that the average person requires 8 hours of sleep (+/- 1 hour). But then that surely means that there’s a difference between getting enough rest, and waking up well rested? That’s confusing!

Anybody have any tips on making your bedroom/living area not look like a bedroom/living area when friends come around for dinner? We have a bed that is only separated from the sofa by a bedside table. There's no room for a room divider. Ideally we'd love to have a mezzanine but our landlord would never pay for that.
