Don't trade your car into a dealer. Everyone probably knows that, but the dealer offered me 30% of what CarMax did for my trade.

Fisker's coming back, right? I'm excited about that. More people who drive near me should drive Fiskers.
I like the Fusion... HEY WAIT
It's like Cadillac caters exclusively to me. Keep building the smaller, sportier option, and I'll keep buying them, GM.
That interior is a fucking superhero.
Boring, but it's not like Cadillac's current naming is inspired.
Cadillac sports GT to make me completely forget about ever wanting an F Type?
This is my daily "Cadillac is still really cheap, considering the segment" post. While the ATS/CTS start out at the same price as the Germans, they don't end up that way. I think the absolute max price for an ATS is about $54,000, including AWD and active safety. A RWD, 3.6L V6, loaded-but-not-actively-safe ATS is…
Not sure how hot the following take is; it might be a common sentiment— I don't think the current Mercedes style is going to age well. I think we're going to look back on this generation of Benzes a couple of decades from now and think "That shit was dumb."
Dat face, though
It's brand dependent, but they're all pretty heavy compromises to get a badge and a door thunk. Base BMW have historically been cheaply interiored, stripped down slowmobiles (again, 320i is not that slow, compared to cars of old, but it is pretty slow in terms of 2014/15 vehicles). Mercedes stopped offering cheap C…
better interior is subjective in this case, because you're getting plastic trim and "sensatec" seats on a base 320i.
Price-floor entry luxury-sedans. You like the way Quattro makes your A4 drive? Not if you bought the "starts at "$35,500" version which includes features like CVT and FWD. You heard how great BMW's turbo-4 cylinder engine was? Not in the 320i it's not (although to be fair, it's not that bad). You bought an ATS/IS…
So it's a couple hundred pounds heavier than a Carrera S, but about the same difference lighter than an F Type R, and splits the two as far as hp goes as well. Seems like a great car for the luxury sports car crowd.
Jag or Benz. Probably whichever brand's dealer let me test drive the car by immediately flooring it.
Can we make predictions? I say the 2015 Navigator. I bet they're already trying to figure out a way to fast track the redesign without bankrupting themselves.
3.6 Premium. And I love it. The S4 was the only car in the class that was noticeably faster in real world driving, and the Cadillac was definitely the funnest to drive. I loved the 135, and would've bought one if it had been a bit nicer. I imagine you're enjoying the hell out of the 2.
It's limited, just like every other car in the class. The Germans take the limiter down to 130, unless you've added a sports package.
Those were all AWD cars. Nobody's done a RWD super-test, to my knowledge, but Motor Trend did the ATS, 335, and C350 back in 2012. The times and 60-0 distance for each:
They claim it's faster than a 335i, then. Hopefully it actually is. Also, hopefully it costs less, because while I enjoyed the 335 and S4's OMGPOWER, I did not enjoy the $56k+ price tag to get what Cadillac was MSRP'ing for $49k.
