Lots of Georgians drive on the roads of other states. And many more Americans drive on Canadian roads than vice-versa.

Tesla stock needed another bump, eh? We’ve seen this one before.

There’s a reason Congress put in that provision.  I’m sure they knew GM and Ford could make it happen.  Looks like the new Honda will qualify as well.

This is a sweet electric CJ6 (hat tip for the steelies). You gotta start somewhere, especially with taking advantage of the full engineering only an OEM can offer (as opposed to me and the kids wiring up some batteries in the garage).

Exactly! It’s th exactly correct SUV for most of what SUVs get used for:

The real joy is figuring out that “Ioniq” means “battery powered drive somewhere in the picture”, one of the least coherent brand distinctions ever.

Office Space’s restaurant was called Chotskie’s and it was apparently modeled after TGI Friday’s, which was known for that sort of thing.

I always assumed the restaurant in Office Space was based on TGI Fridays, but I’ve only ever been to a Bennigans once, and it was when I was a kid so I don’t recall much.

Canada doesn’t count. They can’t even spell “harbor” right.

I honestly don’t even think he’s too far off the mark on that one. Williams’s music had gotten kind of generic by the time he did the HP scores.  They weren’t close to the same level as the Star Wars score, for example.

Why are we reading Alan Rickman’s diaries?

Smokescreen. Chaff. Gatling gun.

This one specifically? I dont know. This as a rolling chassis that I would throw the ford electric crate solution into eventually and have a badass electric F-100 Panel truck? Most definitely.

But the record profits . . .

High school teacher here. I support test corrections, and you should too if you care about mastery and not grades. A kid doesn’t get it right the first time, and then tough shit is pretty bad pedagogy. Do we want them to learn the material, or do we want to be punitive? I think far too many educators fall into the
