As someone who retains a stronger fondness for Saved by the Bell than the quality of the show actually merits, and this episode in particular, even I am tired of this reference being used every where.

I got a promotion at work without having to haggle for it, I lost 5 pounds during the first week of my "official" diet, and I'm going swimming this afternoon!
