I'm digging the Pontbriand jersey. Rice Fight, Never Die!

Texas is in line for worst behind OK, LA, MS, AL, and the all-time worst, FL.

To be fair, our lawmakers are by far the worst part of the state. The younger generations coming up (30 and under) are logical and level headed and will soon begin the ouster of the diseased, illogical, bible-thumpers in office. Wendy Davis was the warning shot across the bow for the establishment.

Denied...FL still shittiest state.

I vote we put them both in the Thunderdome and let them sort this out. Winner gets suffocated with a plastic bag. Real winner: humanity. Both of them (as well as all of the Kardashian clan/hangers on/Kanye) are terrible.

Olives of all colors and creeds are delicious, especially on pizza. This list is an abomination. Arugula? Fried eggplant? HAMBURGER AT #3? This is the pizza topping hierarchy of a serial killer...I'm thinking John Wayne Gacy.

A thousand times this. I'm also a proud Texan, but recognize that our elected officials are batshit insane on 95% of the issues. Love the state, hate the gerrymandered power structure.

Before I begin, some background:

Dear Rest of the World,

Doritos are pretty bad, but my STRONG TAKE on this bracket is that Cheez-Its would have been fighting with pork rinds for absolute worst snack food in the field. Cheez-Its are garbage.

Her incumbency is particularly potent due to a variety of factors surrounding voters in the district. I'm no political science expert, but I think the majority of it has to do with race, socioeconomic status, and just that she's been there for so long. She doesn't rock the boat (other than saying stupid things

They do this because even though (I sincerely hope they are smart enough to know) it will fail/be ruled unconstitutional, it gives them an example of "action" or "credentials" to appeal to their slap-dick Fox News base. "I woulda kept them queers from gettin' murried, but the lubruhl media and the godless democrats

Karl Rove? Don't you mean Tom DeLay?

As a Houstonian who lives in SJL's district, I can safely say that I am continuously embarrassed every time she opens her mouth. That being said, Gomert/Cruz/et. al. are even more embarrassing to the state.

I am glad Houston got rid of these. I got one for taking a right on a red (after coming to a complete stop) and found out it costs more to fight than to just pay. BS system from the word go. P.S. Go Rice!

Now playing

This is actually one of the better songs to come out of Houston in recent memory. I didn't like Riff Raff at first, but once I gave him a chance I think he's a master troll/entertainer/genius/idiot. Interesting if nothing else.

"The rule change was voted on by owners last month, and provides a five-year window, so a team that hosts a London game in 2015 will be eligible to win a Super Bowl bid any time through 2010."

"...is a blue Oasis in a terrifyingly red part of the country..." This describes Austin and parts of Houston (where I live) perfectly. Sorry Wendy Davis...I tried.

Any time I see "Ted Cruz...knows ____" if the blank is anything other than "how to manipulate simpletons/Fox News through empty rhetoric and fear mongering in order to advance an egomaniacal, self-serving agenda," I am skeptical.
