@4nth0ny: I agree, you can't simply swap out a single LED for a 1000w HPS light. I was only trying to make the point that the technology surrounding LED grow lights is moving along quite nicely.

@all oiled up: Come on, not being able to tell that picture was CGI has absolutely nothing to do with credibility, don't be a dick. And you're jumping all over my shit like I said LEDs are better than HIDs, I didn't. I simply said LEDs have already come a long way in their, relatively, short life, and they have.

@all oiled up: Uh, yes they have. The reason they haven't been accepted by 99% of the growers is because they're terribly expensive. The research is out there. Buying "a couple" LEDs isn't going to get the job done. If you're going to use them you have to use them correctly. HIDs are only 15% efficient, versus

@encyclia: Wow, even after you telling me that they're CGI, I'm still having a hard time telling.

@sirtalis: A couple of years ago I would have wholeheartedly agreed with you. LEDs have made great strides in recent times. Definitely worth checking out again if you haven't recently.

Those plants look weak, spindly and not ready for flowering. They need to pinch the top back to allow the bottom branches to grow taller and even with the top. Thereby creating multiple tops instead of just one. Which could possibly increase the yields. Also, if pot farms are going to start becoming the norm, they

@stan-the-man: According to the specification page from Qualcomm, both the MSM8255 and MSM7230 processors running in the new MyTouch and G2, respectively, are nearly identical. The only difference being 200 MHz between the two, which isn't always the end-all-be-all in terms of speed.

@Tw33kR: No, not at all, as I stated in my post, I am not a grammar nazi. But when a guy goes out of his way to be a dick and claim that this medical condition is "rediculous" and completely disregard what she's been through, then yes, I think a little chop-busting is in order.

@Iowa11: That's right, this guy comes on here and trivializes this girls medical problems. Telling her even a rookie neurosurgeon performs this procedure to somehow emphasize how trivial it is. Tell that to this girl. It says right in the fucking article that she now feels like a normal kid, with no crippling

@Pierce Nichols: I've never seen a rocket scientist pluralize themselves before. You must be a really really good rocket scientist to consider yourself more than one.

@Hatem Sabry: How is it that a neurosurgeon doesn't know how to spell 'ridiculous'? I'm not one to harp too much on internet spelling, but, come on.

@N@tedog: Regardless of how strongly you disagree with him, I don't think there's ever a reason to not be civil.

I like that picture. I know it's fake, but it didn't matter. I'm going to bed now, right after I have a smoke.
