The very same problems already exist in the private sector. Let’s fix the embarrassment of the VA and join the rest of the developed world and care for our citizens instead of exploiting them. Right now we are just plain getting ripped off by healthcare compared to the rest of the world.

Yeah but the “fair market value” often turns out to be very short of the reality. It also doesn’t take into account your time trying to freaking replace it. It took me almost five years of looking to find my 4Runner in the exact specs I wanted.
