Physically and vocally, absolutely. Not 100% sure about how her general acting skill would have played out, and how much that could have impacted the portrayal. Sometimes that matters, and sometimes it doesn’t.

How far did you get in the series? It’s pretty clear after a while that there could be a ton of differences beyond that, even while the Avengers’ own plots are rolling along. The emergence of Inhumans, for instance, was shown as a pretty drastic change for the world. The re-establishment of SHIELD. The Chicago…

Just because an event occurs in one timeline doesn’t mean it can’t have occurred in multiple timelines. 

Another consideration is that her IP was released to the Creative Commons under a non-commercial license.

My headcanon is that AoS takes place in timelines that have been reigned in by the TVA.

Agents of SHIELD and the Netflix Marvel universe could be from timelines in the Multiverse from before the TVA reigned everything in.  Particularly AOS, as it did enough of its own time-traveling to create lots of variants.

I think Mephisto is the variant of Loki that the protagonist variant of Loki will be hunting.
