It may be an entirely different situation with Corona fears, but the big trouble with Vote by Mail in NC has been participation. It’s been legal and available for years, but it’s just barely used, even by populations who would most benefit from it.

Yeah, but when it’s trivialized so easily without any specific intention from the user to do so, the content suffers.
