I think she’s Iranian-American. That flag on her cheek is Iran’s, and the protest pictured has to do with Trump’s policies on legal immigration from the Middle East.

Minor quibble: the protest pictured alongside this post title would seem to be an immigration rally focused against Trump’s actions against legal immigration (and refugee admission) from the Middle East rather than Trump’s actions in regard to illegal immigration and ICE.
