*Plays a slide whistle with his ass*

Except that damn dragon!

He's weak against leaves.

I was looking to see if this was on here. I was trying to think of games (besides FFVII) whose music I liked from top to bottom, beginning to end, and one of the first ones I came up with was MM2. There are so many to pick from, but the beginning of Dr Wily's Stage jumped immediately into my head.

Yeah, just watch the "Snake in the Grass" scene and you'll see about 80-90% of the moves Jackson became known for.

Bedford.

"She was on Eight is Enough" is how we say it. I think the "on the air" origin makes sense. I also imagine that before the days of movin' pictures, people said, "She is in that play." It might have carried over from the theater-going experience and become the accepted syntax.

As dumb as it seemed at the time, at least it positions itself as a game show. If it came out today, they'd stage it outside and label it a reality show.

I don't know what you're talking about, but that's why.

There was no evidence of wrong-doing.

This is just the old Rush Limbaugh tactic of inventing an insulting term like "Feminazi," creating a definition for it that doesn't actually apply to anyone (so there's always plausible deniability), but then applying it to every feminist. Another example are white people who cite Chris Rock's black people vs. N*ers

It's really weird how that's become an insult. "Oh, you're for social justice!"

Someone needs to check Patton Oswalt's math. If Tragedy + Time = Comedy, then Comedy - Tragedy = Time. Comedy + Tragedy would be 2(Tragedy) + Time. I hope someone was fired over this blunder.

Bojack would have at least been funny.

It's not a choice I made. If laserdiscs could wear out from overplaying, my THX discs would have worn out a long time ago. The prequels (and I have still never seen the third one) just killed the whole thing for me— well, that and the over-saturation of the world with star wars shit everywhere. I'm just kind of numb

So no Perfect Cell in Journey to the West?

Yeah, I've read about the lore (which I think is more tolerable for most fictional lore things), and that's what I've gathered. Wizards are angels that are just below (I think) whatever sauron was. They are put in old man bodies so that their power is choked back a little bit and they can't just take over the world

I, too, love the LotR trilogy and can still watch it totally engrossed, but goddamn if my brain didn't check out during the Hobbit. I went in with high expectations, I suppose, when I actually should have gone in with a flask and lower expecterations.

I could imagine at least one feature length movie derived from the song that Treebeard sings while he's walking with Merry and Pippin.
