"…when it became apparent that he was a jackass" might be among my favorite line readings of the entire series.

I thought seasons two and three were supposed to be the best; those are both prime numbers.

My mind went to Holmes, but he fought in the Civil War, and, in his youth, his heart was touched with fire.

"…The door to the dungeon opens and my mom steps… WHAT?!"

I have one, but it's just for people with visual impairment. They call, and I describe internet porn to them. I'm not sure if that counts, though.

Where is this!?

Judiciously placed rumbles of thunder on the soundtrack remind us that someone left the cake out in the rain.

Elves are better represented as fully-realized individuals than actually-existing non-white people.

Domain-specific intelligence.

No matter how he was saying it, he did stop the show and refuse to continue all while inciting the crowd to boo people in wheelchairs. I'm a function over form sort of person, I guess.

Georgia looks like Times New Roman one or one and a half points bigger. I don't get why it exists.

I think they may have changed the prescriptions in more recent additions (I haven't checked), but I know that MLA and APA both used to have a couple of approved fonts. They may have just changed to a vague "readability" requirement.

Comedic dramatic pauses after completely banal lines!

That would have been pretty funny. Some completely burned out people trying to lengthen a script by changing the font size and being so brain dead that none of them saw it as a problem for several minutes.

I've seen a lot of people moving to word count minimums; that's a better way to go; the time that would have been wasted to make it look like the paper was longer than it really is can be spent on writing— some of it might not even be filler!

After reading a lot of student papers, these differences become jump-off-the-page obvious to a person. When I'm reviewing a paper electronically, I always revert it to prescribed standards before sending it back, often without comment. Suddenly, the 4.75 page "five page paper" suddenly becomes just shy of four full

I can't disagree. It's very readable in longer documents. There are fonts that look way better on signage, but it's hard to beat Times New Roman for documents of any length. It's serious but not full of itself.

I was ordering lunch the other day and my total was $10.77. You have no idea how much effort it took not to say, "Same as my PIN number."

Who?

that's what the factory earbuds are for.
