This is okay if you don't mind having another browser on your computer. I have a media server (Acer HomeServer) running Windows Home Server, and it does exactly what we need. My roommates and I use it to share w/e with our friends.

hate to say it, but water doesn't pool evenly and most times, you put rock salt on places where a fertilizer can't really go, like stairs.

I voted that it seems okay. I think that I like the idea of it on my Droid, but I'm kind of left scratching my head for desktop use. Seems like sort of a quickly-implemented, not so thought out idea as it should have been.

Buzz still hasn't rolled out for everyone. I just got mine around 7:30PM tonight, EST.

Spoiler, game is gonna suck.

Okay, so when does this get hacked onto the Droid, again?

@pz: I work in academia. It's not that big a deal.

Thanks for the tip LH. THis is a good one. I like being signed into GTalk but once I was in a meeting at work and a friend typically sent an IM, and then proceeded to send like 15 other IM messages in succession, per usual, and I got bout 15 beeps in a matter of 30 seconds. Had to turn that sound off.

Cool idea unless you need the books.

IT's like the home version of the Hawaii Chair! Take the work out of your work out!

@SpriteMV: Same here, and the same for many people when Weave first came out. I switched back to XMarks and uninstalled weave because it made FF and my computer run like crap. I used to dread the syncing process. The only reason I might switch to Weave now is because Fennec is going to support it.

Sounds good, but on early syncs, does it freeze up everything on your firefox? Because Weave did that to me and many others who have a lot of bookmarks. XMarks does not do that.

There are some other major roadblocks to free lancing as well. In states where you are required by law to have health insurance, like Massachusetts, if you are working and receiving income, then you have to get personal health insurance which can be, obviously, very expensive.

Lump it. Very meh-ed by it. I Was excited for it because I figured Apple would do something awesome with a tablet. But... I'm disapointed by the whole thing.

Looks great. I'll definitely check this out.

I've always self-practiced the idea embargo strategy in meetings when we're approaching completion of a particular project, by yelling "NO NO NO SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP"

I voted for Gmail, but I've come to like Windows Mail that comes with the "Live Essentials" package for Windows 7 & Vista. It's a solid mail application that is simple, fast, and can also handle more advanced requests.

Voted Uncharted 2. ACII was great too.

@PhatsMahoney: There is a coherency to spawning, especially depending on the mode, but it takes some getting use to. On maps with dynamic spawn zones, meaning, teams spawn in different areas depending on how the game is being played, you can take where you spawned to deduce where the enemy is.
