Look out ladies, we got a real nice guy over here!

The issue of intent in a defamation suit is really tricky. Theoretically, and I want to emphasize that this is all hypothetical, if Cosby's lawyers called Rashad to the stand in a defamation suit against Dickinson, Rashad would need to say that she was either aware of secondhand or knew from eyewitness experience that

From my limited but not minimal knowledge of defamation and libel law, the big trick Cosby would have to prove is that the alleged defamation was deliberate. That would require his lawyers to show that the 40 women who have accused him all, either separately or together, had a plan to financially or personally harm

I've really been waiting for them to do fellow horror themed One Season Wonder, "The River," which I remember liking but not really remembering why.

What are you even doing here?

Me too. Like I do everyone who takes a stand against sexual assault and harassment.

It's the one about the marker in the doctor's office. That thing kills me.

I doubt it. It's pretty easy to see where they could have faced a libel suit when the memoir was published and outside the media climate of today, they may have had problems finding the amount of people to come forward to corroborate her story. With the viciousness of Cosby's legal team already shown, the publishers

"Did you see this, did you hear about this…."

There's really nothing else to say about it. He's a monster and I believe and fully support everyone who adds their voice to the allegations against him.

Frankenstein Wastes a Minute of Our Time is still one of the few late night segments I'll laugh at every time i see it.

If I remember right, the Walker lever is still offically NBC's because the world is unjust and cruel.

I'm assuming it got dropped when Chernobyl Diaries underperformed so spectacularly. This seemed like the exact same movie in a different location.

"My wife would like to order catsup but I will need a vessel for it, maybe a flesh mound."
"A cheeseburger would be fine."

It was on an episode of Doug Loves Movies from probably 2 or 3 years ago. If I remember correctly, it was a 12 Guests of Christmas episode. I believe the setup was Scott Aukerman making a WTF joke followed by Cross making a comment along the lines of "Marc Maron: Profiting off the backs of the work of his peers." It's

If he ever comes to my area, I'll certainly be there.

Where can I hear that? I'd be totally up for that.

David Cross' impression of the WTF intro is so on-point that it sometimes makes me feel second-hand embarrassment for Maron.

I genuinely didn't realize you could finish SOTN in two hours without speed running it. There are a couple of places where I remember having to grind like crazy to advance.

I'm not much of a gamer but hearing someone try to explain some of Symphony of the Night's more aggravating features (Figuring out which items to use to open up the clocktower, fighting that dang bull demon) is enough to get me genuinely excited to watch this.
