Say Mohd's name three times into Skype and he'll show up and share an irrelevant anime fact on all of your open browser tabs.

Me too. I thought it was more interesting and unnerving than actually scary. I've spent way more time talking about it and deciphering whether or not certain things happened in it than actually being scared by it.

This is a gimmick account I can get behind.

I really like the idea of a digital "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and I didn't really think that was what this movie would be until the reviews started rolling out. That trailer just did it a real disservice.

I'm still sort of sad that the collective consciousness seems to have forgotten and disposed of "The Conjuring" so quickly. It was probably my favorite of the recent wave of high quality horror movies.

I hated that too. I've always really hated the "they did it to themselves" horror scenes because it always ends up looking more goofy than anything else.

I cannot think of a trailer that actively does more damage to the movie it's advertising than "Shutter Island."

Someone in my office saw an early screening of it and said just about the same thing as the review. It's apparently not particularly scary but it's interesting and well made and intriguing. I'll catch it on Netflix.

You'll each order your own!

I don't have to say this often here but what in God's name are you talking about?

I'll have the salmon.

Did you put crackers in it?

It's Flavorwire too which is arguably even worse. It's the snobby, older brother of Buzzfeed that think's it's too cool for the listicle but desperately, desperately wants to hang out with anyone that would give it some sense of self-affirmation.
