VAT stands for value added tax and is just a normal tax that gets applied to all goods. It is not vehicle specific.

And run it clockwise. With off camber banking.

Kinda agree. I’ll let the low banked ovals like Indy and Pocono slide but open wheelers don’t belong on high banked ovals like Auto Club and Las Vegas. Indycars already have the down force to run most ovals flat out, all the banking is doing is letting them run closer together.

The original version was better because it was actually about the same size as a lawn mower. This gargantuan monster only looks vaguely like a lawn mower from 100 yards away.

Career, meet Toilet.

About number 2: Think of it this way, if you were a boxer you would be perfectly OK with your opponent punching you in the face. If some rando jumped in and beat you over the head with a chair you would be pissed. The owner of the White Miata just got beat over the head by some rando with a chair.

That’s a CP but I’m not really surprised.

$14k sounds like a great deal for a sorted Mini here in the US.

The PhysX effects in the giant Scarecrow portions still bring my PC to its knees. Or maybe that’s just PhysX being PhysX

I’ve seen cars roll and laminated windshields will stay intact through multiple rollovers. The adhesive holding the windshield in is more likely to fail than the laminated shield itself unless it is skewered with something sharp (which a non cracked screen won’t protect you from anyway).

Windshields are designed to crack without actually breaking open. It's not uncommon for the passenger airbag to crack the windshield as it breaks out of the dashboard. Every deployment I have ever seen has cracked the windshield.

Far more interesting than one car winning every race by 20+ seconds.

BOP = Balance of Performance. Bitch all you want but BOP does wonders for making close racing.

Thanks for reminding me that I desperately need to fix or replace my 360. June 2007 build date original model that still works great except a disk drive that can no longer open itself.

Why does everyone seem to keep forgetting that Toyota is doing at least 1 more Le Mans before they could possibly bow out ? The 2019 24 hours is part of the current season and Toyota has already committed to competing. They have also stated that they are interested in continuing under the new rules as well.

The GTE Pro lead battle was killed by this new rule. The 92 got an advantage from the early safety car and then there was no strategy options for the 91 and co to get back in it. Sure there were great battles when they were close but there were no strategy options to use to close the larger gaps.

When did he touch the Toyota? That screenshot is the closest he got to the Toyota in turn one and the nose had already come of about 2 seconds before that screenshot was taken (from the exterior replay you can clearly see the moment the nose comes free because the Rebellion is 2-3 car lengths behind the Toyota). And

UPDATE: Confirmed by replays that the nose on the #1 came disconnected in turn 1.

It looks like the nose wasn’t secured correctly to begin with. Lotterer had tons of understeer from the moment he tried to turn in to turn 1. It looks to me like the nose was off the car long before he hit the Dragonspeed car.
